Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1996.

Section 2
In Part I of the Schedule to the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985 , for the amount “£365” there shall be substituted the amount “£405”.
