Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Categorisation of Registries of Overseas Territories) (Gibraltar) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 19th March 1996.

Section 2

The Merchant Shipping (Categorisation of Registries of Overseas Territories) Order 1992 is hereby amended by inserting “Gibraltar” after “Cayman Islands” in column (4) of the Schedule thereto.
