Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Medical Stores) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 5th December 1996.

Section 2Amendment of 1995 Regulations
In the Table in regulation 4(1) of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Medical Stores) Regulations 1995 for the words “no more than 30 nautical miles from” in Column 1, entry 3 there shall be substituted the words “very close to”.
