Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Intelligence Services Act 1994 (Dependent Territories) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 10th December 1996.

Section 2

The Intelligence Services Act 1994 (Dependent Territories) Order 1995 shall be amended as follows:

“Bermuda” is added to the list in the Schedule to the Order (colonies to which certain provisions of the Act extend).
