Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 (Commencement No.13) (Amendment) Order 1996.

(2) In this Order “the thirteenth commencement order” means the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 (Commencement No.13) Order 1996 .

Section 2Amendment of thirteenth commencement order

In article 3 of and in the headnote to the Schedule to the thirteenth commencement order for the words “5th December 1996” there shall be substituted the words “1st March 1997”.
