Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.

Section 2

The Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 are hereby revoked.

Section 3

The Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows.

Section 4

In regulation 3(1) for £160,000, in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted £195,000.
