Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Dental Auxiliaries (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st December 1996.

Section 2Amendment of regulation 6 of the Dental Auxiliaries Regulations 1986
In regulation 6 of the Dental Auxiliaries Regulations 1986 (fees prescribed by the General Dental Council), for “£7.00” there shall be substituted “£10.00”; for “£10.00” there shall be substituted “£20.00”; and for “£2.00” there shall be substituted “£5.00”.
