Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mid Essex Community and Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1996.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
In Article 4 of the Mid Essex Community and Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 for “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “5 non-executive” and for “4 executive” there shall be substituted “5 executive”.
