Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Second Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) Regulations 1994 shall be amended as follows:

(a) In regulation 4(1) for the sums £49.38, £14.00 and £35.38 there shall be substituted respectively the sums £59.25, £17.46 and £41.79;

(b) In regulation 15(2) for the figure 17.436% there shall be substituted the figure 17.772%.
