The Criminal Appeal Act 1995 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1996
Section 2
For the purposes of making recommendations and appointments under section 8 of and paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Appeal Act 1995, that section and paragraphs 1 and 2 of that Schedule shall come into force on 12th December 1996.
