Section 1Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994

The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994 shall be amended by substituting for “1995—1996” in the definition of “Technical Instructions” in regulation 3(1), “1997—1998”.
