This Order may be cited as the Criminal Appeal Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996.

The Criminal Appeal Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1996
Section 2
In this Order “the 1995 Act ” means the Criminal Appeal Act 1995.
Section 3
Section 8 of and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to the 1995 Act, for the purposes for which they are not already in force , and section 31(1)(a) of and paragraphs 3 to 11 of Schedule 1 and paragraphs 7 to 11 of Schedule 2 to the 1995 Act shall come into force on 1 January 1997.
