Section 1

The Table of fees set out in Part II of Schedule B to the Judicial Committee (General Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules Order 1982 is deleted and the Table set out in the Schedule to this Order substituted therefor.

Section 2

The Judicial Committee (Fees) Order 1989 is revoked.

Section 3

This Order may be cited as the Judicial Committee (Fees) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st January 1997.
