Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 (Commencement No. 4) (Wales) Order 1996.

Section 2Commencement

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

(2) Sections 3(1) and 4(1) and (2) of that Act shall come into force on 10th January 1997.

Section 3Application

This Order shall apply in relation only to energy conservation authorities whose areas are in Wales.
