Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Atomic Energy Establishments Special Development) (Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 10th January 1997.

Section 2Revocation

The Town and Country Planning (Atomic Energy Establishments Special Development) Order 1954 , the Town and Country Planning (Atomic Energy Establishments Special Development) Order 1957 and the Town and Country Planning (Atomic Energy Establishments Special Development) Order 1961 are hereby revoked.
