These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority (Hovercraft) (Revocation) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st February 1997.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation Authority (Hovercraft) Regulations 1972 are hereby revoked.
