Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Phenacetin Prohibition) (Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 21st January 1997.

Section 2Revocation of the Medicines (Phenacetin Prohibition) Order 1979

The Medicines (Phenacetin Prohibition) Order 1979 is hereby revoked.
