Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Blood Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 9th February 1996.

(2) In this Order—

“the first Authority” means the Anglia and Oxford Regional Health Authority;

“the second Authority” means the National Blood Authority;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Authority and the second Authority on 15th December 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Authority and the second Authority.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 9th February 1996 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Authority to the second Authority.
