Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as The Potato Marketing Scheme (Commencement of Revocation Period) Order 1996 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Commencement of revocation period
1st July 1996 is hereby specified as the first day of the period mentioned in section 26(2) of the Agriculture Act 1993 (which provides that revocation of the Potato Marketing Scheme under section 26(1) of the Agriculture Act will come into force at the end of the period of 12 months beginning with the day so specified).
