Section 1Title and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Holdings (Fee) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st March 1996.

The Agricultural Holdings (Fee) Regulations 1996
Section 2Prescribed fee
The fee for an application to the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors—
(a) for a person to be appointed by him under section 22(2) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, or
(b) for an arbitrator to be appointed by him under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 11 to that Act
is hereby increased from £70 to £115.
Section 3Revocation
The Agricultural Holdings (Fee) Regulations 1985 are hereby revoked.
