Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as The King’s Mill Centre for Health Care Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 8th February 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the North Nottinghamshire Health Authority;
“the Trust” means The King’s Mill Centre for Health Care Services National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 18th July 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
