Section 1Title and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Animals, Meat and Meat Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 14th March 1996.

Section 2Amendment of the 1991 Regulations
In the Animals, Meat and Meat Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations 1991 , in Schedule 1 (the Council Regulation), for items (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) there shall be substituted the following items—
(a) Commission Regulation ( EC ) No. 2701/94 OJ No. L287, 8.11.94, p.7.
(b) Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2703/94 OJ No. L287, 8.11.94, p.19.
(c) Commission Regulation (EC) No. 3059/94 OJ No. L323, 16.12.94, p.15.
