Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 22nd March 1996.

Section 2

Schedule 2 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1988 shall be amended by the addition at the end of “The House of St. Gregory and St. Macrina Oxford Limited”.
