Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations, which may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Amendment Regulations 1996, shall come into force on 8th April 1996.

Section 2Amendment of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Regulations 1995

In regulation 17 of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Regulations 1995 , in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2), for “£44” there is substituted “£45.50”.
