Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Food (Preparation and Distribution of Meat) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 31st March 1996.

Section 2Revocation

The Food (Preparation and Distribution of Meat) (Scotland) Regulations 1963 and the Food (Preparation and Distribution of Meat) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1967 are revoked.
