Section 1

This Order may be cited as the High Court of Justiciary Fees Amendment Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2

For the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the High Court of Justiciary Fees Order 1984 there shall be substituted the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

Article 2(b) of the High Court of Justiciary Fees Amendment Order 1994 is hereby revoked.
