Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Upper Spey and Associated Waters Protection (Renewal) Order 1993 Variation Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st February 1996.

Section 2Variation

The Upper Spey and Associated Waters Protection (Renewal) Order 1993 shall be varied by omitting, in article 4, the words “During the period from 6th January 1994 to 6th October 1996, both dates inclusive,”.
