Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the River Tay Catchment Area Protection (Renewal) Order 1993 Variation Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st February 1996.

Section 2Variation
The River Tay Catchment Area Protection (Renewal) Order 1993 shall be varied by omitting, in article 4, the words “During the period from 22nd February 1993 to 21st February 1996, both dates inclusive,”.
