Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Inner London Education Authority) (Property Transfer) (Modification) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 29th March 1996.

(2) In this Order a reference to “the principal Order” is a reference to the Education (Inner London Education Authority) (Property Transfer) Order 1990 .

Section 2 Modification of the principal Order

Condition A in article 2(2) of the principal Order shall apply in relation to the land known as “Divisional Office 2, 3–4 Picton Place, W1N 9HE” (transferred to the Council of the London Borough of Westminster by article 4 of, and Schedule 13 to, the principal Order) with the addition after the word “functions” of the words “or the provision of services in accordance with arrangements made with the Secretary of State under section 10 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 (careers services) or both”.
