Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Publication of Information about Unused and Underused Land) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1996.

Section 2Revocation of 1992 Regulations

The Local Government (Publication of Information about Unused and Underused Land) (England) Regulations 1992 are hereby revoked.
