Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2
Form 225 CYM in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variations as circumstances require, is an additional form prescribed for the purposes of section 225 of the Companies Act 1985, including that section as applied by section 701 of that Act.
