Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (England) (Partial Revocation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 17th January 1996.

Section 2Partial Revocation
(1) The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (England) Order 1991 is hereby revoked so far as it designates any part of the area set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Order.
(2) In consequence of that revocation the designated area for the purposes of that Order is that area set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Order.
