Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Jurors (Scotland) Act 1825 (Provision of Information) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 31st March 1996.

The Jurors (Scotland) Act 1825 (Provision of Information) Order 1996
Section 2
For the purpose of maintaining lists of potential jurors under section 3(1) of the Jurors (Scotland) Act 1825, a sheriff principal may require any person in the sheriff court district in question who appears to him to be qualified and liable to serve as a juror to provide, in written form, the person’s name, address and date of birth.
