Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Council Tax (Additional Provisions for Discount Disregards) Amendment Regulations 1996 and come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2Amendment of the 1992 Regulations

The Council Tax (Additional Provisions for Discount Disregards) Regulations 1992 are amended by the substitution in paragraph 3(a) of Part II of the Schedule for “in receipt of” of “entitled to”.
