Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Coroners' Districts (Designation of Relevant Councils) (Wales) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

The Coroners' Districts (Designation of Relevant Councils) (Wales) Order 1996
Section 2
For each coroner’s district listed in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, being a coroner’s district created by the Coroners' Districts (Wales) Order 1996 lying partly in each of two or more Welsh counties or county boroughs, the council specified opposite thereto in column 2 of that Schedule is hereby designated as the relevant council for the purposes of the Coroners Act 1988.
