This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 8th April 1996.

The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1996
In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992—
(a) in sub-paragraph (4)(a) for the amount of £125 there shall be substituted the amount of £130; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (4)(b) for the amounts of £16 and £125 there shall be substituted the amounts of £17 and £130 respectively.
The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1993 and the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 1995 are hereby revoked.
