Section 1
This Order may be cited as The Richmond Adult and Community College (Incorporation) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996 (“the Commencement Date”).

The Richmond Adult and Community College (Incorporation) Order 1996
Section 2
On the Commencement Date there shall be established a body corporate called “Richmond Adult and Community College” for the purpose of conducting from the operative date the educational institution of that name presently maintained by the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
Section 3
The “operative date” in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order shall be 1st August 1996, and the corporation shall conduct Richmond Adult and Community College from that date.
