Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2

(1) The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.

(2) In the Schedule there shall be added after the word “interest” at the end of paragraph 10(b)(vi) the following:—

(vii) if the farmer so wishes, a grazing plan and other measures necessary to conserve, enhance or extend water margins, the width of which must be at least 6 metres.
