Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1996.

Section 2 Amendment of the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) ( No. 2) Regulations 1992

For Schedule 3 to the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) (No. 2) Regulations 1992 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
