Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Royal Free Hampstead National Health Service Trust (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2 Amendment of Establishment Order

In Article 3(2) of the Royal Free Hampstead National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 (functions of the trust), paragraph (a) is amended as follows:—

(a) after “London NW3 2QG and”, there is inserted, “the Royal Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, Gray’s Inn Road, London WC1X 8DA”, and

(b) for “its teaching and research facilities”, there is substituted, “teaching and research facilities”.
