Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Birmingham Heartlands Hospital National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust
The Birmingham Heartlands Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the East Birmingham Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order, the East Birmingham Hospital National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1993 and the East Birmingham Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 are hereby revoked.
