Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the North East Worcestershire Community Health Care National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The North East Worcestershire Community Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the North East Worcestershire Community Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
