Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
