Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Prescribed Countries) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 15th April 1996.

Section 2

Every country of the world with the exception of the United Kingdom is hereby specified as a prescribed country for the purposes of section 43(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1990.

Section 3

The Broadcasting (Prescribed Countries) Order 1994 is hereby revoked.
