Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Wales) (Property etc.) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2Amendment of Local Government Reorganisation (Wales) (Property etc.) Order 1996

In the Local Government Reorganisation (Wales) (Property etc.) Order 1996— ;

(a) in Schedule 2, in column 3, for “72.336320” there shall be substituted “72.366320”;

(b) in Schedule 3, in Part I—

(i) there shall be omitted—

(ii) in column 1, for “Dinefwr Borough Council” there shall be substituted “Dyfed County Council” and in column 2, for “11 Rhosmaen Street” there shall be substituted “121 Rhosmaen Street”;

(iii) in column 2, for the entry opposite the words “Gwent County Council” in column 1, beginning with the words “Petty sessional” and ending with the words “Sessions House, Usk” there shall be substituted—

(iv) at the end there shall be added—
