Section 1
This Order may be cited as the A205 Trunk Road (Mortlake Road, Richmond upon Thames) (Vehicle Height Restriction) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 25th March 1996.

The A205 Trunk Road (Mortlake Road, Richmond upon Thames) (Vehicle Height Restriction) Order 1996
Section 2
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle the overall height of which, together with the load (if any) carried thereon, exceeds 4.5 metres (14 feet 9 inches) to enter the carriageway beneath the railway bridge situated in Mortlake Road, Kew, the centre point of which lies 63 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Forest Road.
Section 3
The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (Mortlake Road, Kew) (Vehicle Height Restriction) Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
