The Combined Probation Areas (West Sussex) Order 1996

Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Combined Probation Areas (West Sussex) Order 1996.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 1996 save that, for the purpose of making appointments to the probation committee for the West Sussex Probation Area to take effect on that date, this Order shall come into force forthwith.

Section 2

For that part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 that relates to the West Sussex Probation Area there shall be substituted the following—

Section 3

In that part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 which relates to the West Sussex Area, the entry relating to Steyning shall be omitted.
