Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Central Manchester Development Corporation (Dissolution) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

Section 2Dissolution of the corporation

The Central Manchester Development Corporation shall be dissolved on 1st July 1996.
