Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Litigation Authority (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 19th April 1996.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

In paragraph 5(1) of the Schedule to the National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995 (rules as to meetings and proceedings of the Authority—quorum) for the words from “three” to the end of the sub-paragraph there shall be substituted the words “two non-officer members, or the chairman and one non-officer member, are present.”.
