Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dartford and Gravesham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1996, and shall come into force on 6th April 1996.

Section 2 Amendment of Establishment Order

In Article 3 of the Dartford and Gravesham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 (functions of the trust)—

(a) in paragraph (1) for “section 5(1)(a)” there shall be substituted “section 5(1)(b)”; and

(b) for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following new paragraph:—

(2) The trust’s functions shall be to provide and manage hospital accommodation and services at either or both of the following premises:—

(a) Joyce Green Hospital, University Way, Dartford DA1 5PL ;

(b) Darenth Park, Gore Road, Dartford DA2 8LZ;

and at any hospital which is associated with either of those premises.
